These are the terms you agree to by using this site or placing a pre-order. They are short on purpose. Nothing here is written to trap you, and if any of it reads as unfair, say so and we will look at it.
Good Riddance Golf is an independent apparel brand operating from Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. Throughout this page, "we" and "us" mean Good Riddance Golf, and "you" means you.
One product: the Good Riddance rope cap, in white and forest green, at forty-eight dollars, in a founding run limited to one hundred units. It is a pre-order. You are paying for a cap that is being manufactured and will ship by September 17, 2026.
Product photographs are renders and samples. Embroidery is made by machine on a physical cap, and small variation between one cap and the next is normal and is not a defect. If yours arrives and you do not like it, the returns policy covers you.
The full terms are on the shipping and returns page and they form part of this agreement. In short: full refund at any point before your cap ships, thirty days to return it after it arrives, and return postage is on us.
If we cannot deliver, for any reason, we refund you in full. That is the whole remedy and it is the one we would want.
If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us. We are a very small company selling a forty-eight dollar hat, and we are not in a position to be liable for anything beyond the price of the hat. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement, and in some states that is a good deal of it.
The Good Riddance name, the wordmark, the photography, and the writing on this site belong to us. Please do not put them on merchandise or use them to imply we endorse something.
Other companies named anywhere on this site, including on the story page, own their own names and marks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them, and we do not claim to be. Where we name them, we are commenting on a matter of public record and the sources are cited on the page.
Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or submit somebody else's email address to the list. Everything else is fine.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will never be wrong or never go down.
Joining the list means we may email you about drops and shipping. At most one a month. Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and how we handle your address is set out in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the effective date at the top of this page tells you which that is. Material changes go to the list by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.
